Missing: Dehaven Jackson, 17, Detroit (suffers from bi-polar and a psychosis mental condition )

DETROIT (WXYZ) – The Detroit Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a 17-year-old girl who has been missing since July 11.

Dehaven Jackson left her home in the 1500 block of Temple to go babysit. She was last seen at her home by her mother.

Dehaven is 5’8″, 185 lbs, medium complexion, with brown eyes and dark brown wavy hair with orange highlights.

She was last seen wearing gray shorts with a pink belt, a white short sleeve t-shirt with the word Paris on it and a picture of the Eiffel Tower. She was also wearing black converse shoes and eyeglasses. 

Dehaven has a tattoo of a butterfly on her right front leg, a rosary bead tattoo on her left inner wrist and a tattoo of a pair of lips with the initials J.B. on her neck.

She suffers from bi-polar as well as a psychosis mental condition which she takes medication for.

Missing: Niesha Keices-Lynn Powell, 11, Greensville County

GREENSVILLE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) –
Authorities are searching for an 11-year-old girl missing from Greensville County since Tuesday morning.

According to a release from Sgt. Katina Harrison, 11-year-old Niesha Keices-Lynn Powell was last seen at her Emporia home around 7:30 a.m. on July 22. 

Niesha is a black girl with a media brown complexion. She stands about four feet tall, weighs 75 pounds and wears her hair in braids. She was last seen wearing a purple shirt and gray pants. 

Greensville County Sheriff’s Office is conducting a full-scale investigation into the girl’s disappearance, including a K9 search. 
Anyone with information about Niesha’s location is asked to contact Greenville County Sheriff’s Office at 434-348-4200.

BURTONSVILLE, Md. (WUSA9) — Montgomery County police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 15-year-old boy.

, of Tapestry Circle in Burtonsville, was last seen on June 12.

Chisley is described by police as a black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 130 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair.

Police and family are concerned for Chisley’s physical and mental well-being.

BiDil-pillBiDil (2005) is the trade name for isosorbide dinitrate/hydralazine, a heart medicine for Blacks. It is the first race-based prescription drug approved by the US government’s Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

In the 1980sDr Jay Cohn took two drugs that were no longer under patent, put them together and patented them as a heart medicine – not just for Blacks but for anyone. The FDA refused to approve it for general use: trials showed that on average it did not make much of a difference.

Cohn went back through the numbers from the trials and found that it did seem to help those who self-identified as Black. So he applied for a new patent: the very same drug but this time meant for Blacks.

Cohn licensed BiDil to NitroMed, a drug company, to carry out new trials and market it.
